Thank-You and Next Steps

The BC Digitization Symposium was a tremendous success, and the Organizing Committee would like to thank all attendees for their participation, their thoughtful contributions, and their enthusiasm. This is the first time that all the education, heritage and memory institutions of BC have been represented at this type of event, and the outcome was an extremely positive exchange of information and bridge-building. Digitization of our common cultural heritage is a priority for all of us, and there is much that we can do to learn from and share with each other.

The Symposium's Final Report is now available. The Organizing Committee is seeking feedback from Symposium participants regarding the recommendations contained in the report. Please consider these recommendations, either as individuals or within your organizations, and submit feedback to the Organizing Committee. You can send responses by email to the Committee member representing your sector or to     office@eln.bc.ca    , or use the Feedback form on the Symposium website.
